Ants Waiting

Prague, Czech Republic
January 2008

Why is it not OK to wait in a line, but waiting in scattered silence is fine? Both are filled with anticipation. The end of each has its own reward (usually). But we scorn the line, the symbol of control, the means of containment.

The longer the wait the greater the reward in exchange for the time? The longer the wait, the longer the line.

Very nice man! I really like the perspective, the buildings almost look unreal.
